Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Commitment

Amundi US firmly believes that an asset manager's responsibility extends beyond the purely financial aspect and is eager to be a driver of environmental progress and change. We strive to channel our social responsibility into tangible action in our business, corporate methods and environment through our commitments.

The firm has developed a Corporate Social Responsibility policy which includes these commitments.

  • Embracing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by attracting, developing and retaining a base of diverse employees which we believe is essential to our success.
  • Affirming our role as a corporate citizen by developing our patronage actions consistently over time and encouraging our employees to join socially responsible initiatives.
  • Limiting and reducing our direct environmental footprint, notably in terms of energy, paper and waste, by adopting eco-responsible practices throughout the company.

Corporate Charity Program

Amundi US has a strong history of charitable giving and active employee engagement in the community. Over many decades, the company and its employees have collectively donated millions of dollars to charitable organizations. As a firm, we believe that being a responsible corporate citizen helps build trust and confidence in our organization among our clients, business partners and the communities where we do business.

Through the Amundi US Helping Others program, we seek to foster a culture of community support, employee participation in charitable activities, and fundraising. We are committed to helping charities at a corporate level and encouraging our employees to actively support non-profit organizations that provide important social benefits.

Our Mission

Our corporate grants program is focused on supporting at-risk children and families, and children's education. In addition, we actively encourage employee engagement in charitable activities.

How we Help

Corporate Grants

Our corporate grants support organizations that provide a range of support and services for those most in need in our communities.

For many years, we have proudly supported organizations that provide shelter and services for vulnerable families and children. We also support organizations that provide support for the education of at-risk children through innovative reading and writing programs.

Encouraging Employee Engagement in Socially Committed Activities

Each year, Amundi US supports employee participation in a wide range of charitable activities, including fundraising charity events, volunteering, and donations of clothing, school supplies, toys, food, or other items for families and children in need.

Matching Gift Program

We offer a matching gift program for our employees that increases the value and impact of their personal charitable donations. Our matching gift program includes either 1-for-1 matches or 2-for-1 matches for each dollar donated by an employee to an eligible non-profit organization, subject to certain limits.
